With over 30 years of experience and a degree in Residential Design Technology from North Central Technical College, Rod has the knowledge, understanding and skill to build your new home. Tom Hirsch has more than 25 years of construction experience. He has the ability to put together the whole package - from excavation right through to the finishing touches - because he personally knows the entire construction process. Few construction firms in our market have similar credentials.

Matt Hirsch, the newest member of our design - build team has a bachelor's degree from Wisconsin Lutheran College. He has long been interested in the home building industry and brings with him a view of housing from a younger perspective. He has experience in many of the different trades and his ideas and enthusiasm will surely be a benefit to our customers.
