PERMITS

  • All required building permits

EXCAVATING

  • Skim top soil
  • Excavate for basement
  • Backfill and rough grade

FOUNDATION

  • Poured concrete footings and walls
  • Basement walls, 7′ – 10″ high
  • Foam sheathing (R5) on outside of basement walls to footings

INTERIOR CONCRETE FLATWORK

  • Basement floor – 3″ thick with vapor barrier under
  • Garage floor – 4″ thick with fiber-mesh

EXTERIOR CONCRETE FLATWORK

  • Service walk – 3′ wide, front porch to drive
  • Stoops and porches as indicated on plan

SITE WORK ALLOWANCE

  • Remove trees, stumps, brush and excess fill as needed
  • Erosion control systems as required
  • Culvert installed if needed
  • Rock construction drive and crushed rock finished drive
  • Sub grade
  • Purchase and haul fill, sand or gravel to lot
  • Purchase and haul topsoil to lot if needed
  • Spread topsoil
  • Finish grade and see disturbed ground

  • Vapor barrier over insulation in walls and ceilings
  • 5 1/2’ fiberglass insulation in box sill area, R21
